COMMUNITY OF HOPE HAS BEEN SERVING PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR OVER 26 YEARS. WE'VE SEEN GOD DO AMAZING THINGS IN OUR CHURCH:
- We grew our church from meeting in a funeral home to meeting across 3 campuses in 2 languages, with thousands coming to faith in Jesus.
- We launched impactful ministries like Love the 561, dedicated to caring for the local community.
- We garnered recognition as the fastest-growing large church within our tradition nationwide.

2023-2025 STRATEGIC PLAN
As we embark on our 2023-2025 strategic plan, we set our sights on a number of goals, yet we hold these four vital, seeking God’s hand to flourish our individuals, churches, and communities by:
CREATING OUR RESIDENCY PROGRAM
Invest in the next generation of leaders by establishing a comprehensive and accredited Residency Program that includes provided housing for residents and interns.
ESTABLISHING THE SANCTIFICATION NETWORK
A relational connection of local churches and leaders who are devoted to making more and better disciples of Jesus in the Wesleyan heritage.
BUILDING NEW MINISTRY SPACE
Develop a master plan for the Loxahatchee Campus, including new ministry space and permanent office space for the Central and Loxahatchee staff.
REDUCING THE DEBT
Unshackle our church's potential by boldly tackling debt incurred during our denominational transition, propelling us towards a future of financial freedom.

Flourish is an exciting two-year capital initiative that aims to fund our strategic plan for the years 2023-2025. It represents a transformative opportunity to invest in the growth and expansion of our church community.

Flourish differs from our previous giving approaches in two significant ways. Firstly, instead of separate categories for regular giving and special projects, Flourish combines all of our vision for 2023-2025 into one comprehensive category. This unified approach allows us to maximize our impact and streamline our fundraising efforts. Secondly, unlike previous campaigns that extended over 3-4 years, Flourish is specifically designed to run for two years. After the completion of this campaign in 2025, we will embark on another exciting two-year initiative and continue this pattern in the future.

Through the Flourish one-fund campaign, all Missions giving will be integrated into our regular budgeted giving. While it will no longer be a separate giving opportunity, the Missions work will continue to be fully funded. As for the Christmas Offering, it will serve as the initial first fruits offering for Flourish and will remain an end-of-year giving opportunity for the campaign moving forward.

The projects and goals outlined as part of Flourish are part of a 2-year campaign starting in 2023 and ending in 2025. While the majority of the work will be completed within this timeframe, the purpose of our One Fund is to continually bless individuals, churches, and communities in the years to come. Therefore, you can expect to see the significant impact of the campaign for the next 5-10 years.

Recent data suggest that people struggle to give to their church not because they don’t agree with the mission but because they cannot due to financial indebtedness. We understand that financial debt, such as student loans, credit cards, or car loans, can create obstacles for regular giving. If you find yourself in this situation, we would be delighted to connect you with Dave Ramsey's transformational course, Financial Peace University. This course is designed to help people gain financial freedom and learn how to manage their money in alignment with God's principles. Our next round of Financial Peace University is scheduled for the Spring of 2024. Rest assured that our goal is not solely to get you to give, but to support you in achieving financial freedom.

We ask that you carefully think and pray over the right amount for you and your family to give when making your commitment. Having consistency and continuity in Flourish commitments greatly helps us in planning faithfully. However, we understand that life can bring unexpected changes and situations. If you find that you need to revise your commitment amount, we encourage you to reach out to us and have a conversation about the decisions you are facing. We are here to support you and ensure your giving aligns with your circumstances.

DEAR FRIENDS AND PARTNERS IN HOPE,
I come to you with a heart full of excitement and a vision for our future as a church community. It is with great pleasure that I announce the launch of our new capital initiative, “Flourish.”
Throughout the Bible, we see countless examples of how God has used resources to bring about transformation and bless His people. From the story of the loaves and fishes to the construction of the temple, God has always called His people to be generous and faithful stewards of the blessings entrusted to them. It is in this spirit that we launch Flourish, fully aware of the challenges we face as a community, but filled with hope and a deep commitment to God's work.
Flourish is a two-year financial campaign that is not just about raising funds, but about unleashing the 3 potential of individuals, churches, and communities. As we embark on this journey together, our aim is to nurture an environment where everyone can flourish into their full potential in Christ. We believe that when we are rooted in faith and love, amazing transformations can happen.
During Flourish you will hear about the specific projects and initiatives that will be supported through this initiative. From funding outreach programs to the renovation of our facilities, to investing in the next generation of Christian leaders, each contribution will play a vital role in enabling us to create a space where all can come and experience the transforming power of God's love.
